Corel untersttzt OpenDocument und Open XML
Corels Office-Suite WordPerfect Office wird Mitte 2007 ein Update erhalten mit dem es die beiden Dokumentenformate OpenDocument und Open XML untersttzen wird. Durch die Integration beider Dateiformate will der Hersteller eine neutrale Position beziehen.
